生理结构
腰椎间盘位于两个椎体之间,是一个具有流体力学特性的结构,由软骨终板、纤维环和髓核三部分构成:髓核,是一种富有弹性的胶状物质,有缓和冲击的作用;纤维环由多层呈环状排列的纤维软骨环组成,围绕在髓核的周围,可防止髓核向外突出。纤维环连接相邻椎体,使其可以轻度活动,但运动到一定限度时,纤维环紧张,又起到节制韧带的作用,限制旋转运动;软骨终板位于椎间盘上、下两面,由纤维软骨组成,在椎体的上、下各一个,软骨终板起保护椎骨,缓冲压力,连接椎体和椎间盘,并对椎间盘起营养交换的作用。

损伤原因
腰部负重过大或是腰部动作太大容易导致腰椎间盘的损伤,而腰椎间盘受损严重时可以压迫神经,导致肢体麻木。因此无论是站或坐,都应该尽可能保持背部与尾椎骨呈一条直线的状态,避免腰部损伤。
