可控因素
- 肥胖:超重(BMI≥24kg/㎡)、肥胖(BMI≥28kg/㎡)、或中心型肥胖(男性腰围≥90厘米,女性腰围≥85厘米)的人,容易得2型糖尿病。
- 多吃少动:长期进食过多高脂、高糖食品,而且缺乏体力活动的人,患2型糖尿病的风险会增高。
- 精神因素:长期处于紧张、焦虑等精神压力下,可诱发2型糖尿病。
- 高血压、高血脂:有高血压、高血脂病史,会增加2型糖尿病的患病风险。
不可控因素
- 年龄:2型糖尿病的患病率随年龄增长而增高,多见于55岁以上。
- 家族病史:2型糖尿病有较明显的家族聚集发病倾向,如果父母、子女或亲兄弟姐妹中有糖尿病患者,患病风险会大大提高。
- 种族:2型糖尿病在南亚裔、太平洋岛民、拉美裔和美洲原住民等族裔群体中,有更高的患病风险。
